Hi Jmix team
Would you please share the plan for the chart library to be part of FlowUI?
Have you also taken a look at the ApexChart ad and its addon at Vaadin?
And, has anyone tried the ApexChart vaadin add-onin flow UI project?

Hi Mortoza,
We’ll begin investigation soon and propose an “official” solution later this year.
Meanwhile, look at this topic: Charts on FlowUI - #4 by stefan.kraus

Thank you Konstantin. Charts and dashboard addon are very important just after the reports in any enterprise solutions in terms of reporting and performance indicators. We fully understand the current focus is on v2 release in this month. After this release if we hear about charts and dashboard addon proposals/planning preferably by Q3 and latest by Q4 that will be helpful for different projects which are under active development in Flow UI
Hi Konstantin,
We have similar needs as Khan already mentioned in the current thread and I would like to ask you if you could share a demo flow project showing how we could embed a javascript component or a chart library. If this is not possible, can you provide us some documentation describing step by step this kind of process? We are planning to migrate a large project from Jmix to Flow and we are using extensively the charts components as well as several javascript components.
Thanks,
George
Hi George,
Did you try using Vaadin add-ons mentioned in Charts on FlowUI - #4 by stefan.kraus?
Also, what JS components are you interested in? It’s good to know to select an example.
Regards,
Konstantin
Hi Konstantin,
I will give it a try - looks simple enough. By the way, I believe that it would be also helpful for all of us to be included in the official documentation the migration process from jmix classic to flow ui as well as the integration of third-party javascript components, especially for charts that is a very common feature in any enterprise app.
Thank you
George
