I want to provide my users with the possibility to register themselves.
Of course an email verification is mandatory, too.
Is there a ready to use add-on available? Or did someone develope the same task already?

We don’t have an addon for this task, but you can implement it yourself. Here is an example of creating a registration page:

Please look at the jmix-quickstart-security-advanced-complete.zip example project that I uploaded on Oct 20 to this post: Automatic login - #5 by r.walde
It is for version 1.x but exactly what you need to begin. I integrated it into my application and extended the functionality to complete some of the original ideas.
