Add UserSettingsItem entity as preloaded resource role

Hi jmix Team:

I’d like to suggest to include the UserSettingsItem entity under a preloaded resource role, so that it is already there when the app is created in a new project.

Hi Ronald,

Can you share a bit more about the problem you’re facing?

In the latest Jmix versions this entity is used by UserSettingsServiceImpl through the UnconstrainedDataManager and the user should not necessarily have any explicit permissions for the entity.
