Additional Data Store doesn't have liquibase changelog

The liquibase changelogs can only apply to Main Data Store. They can’t apply to the additional data store.

Yes it can. Switch to “DB Schema Management → Update only or Create and Update” in the data store settings as shown here: Data Stores :: Jmix Documentation
