I edit a generic filter, I click on “available for all users”.
Then I login to another user and I do not see the filter I have just created.
What am I doing wrong?

I have checked the table flowui_filter_configuration and it seems correct.
The username
field in this table should be empty for a global filter. Is it the case?
Yes username content is null and default_for_all is true
