Charts & Dashboards add-ons in Jmix

Hi,
I would like to ask you if you are going to release a new version for the Charts & Dashboards add-ons in the Jmix FlowUI version. We have a large IoT application that makes heavy use of these add-ons and we are planning to upgrade it in the latest version. Otherwise, could you provide in the Jmix UI samples area some demos of how to either use properly a chart or integrating Jmix with another product for data visualization?

Hi George,

Yes we are going to implement Charts and Dashboards add-ons in Flow UI. We’ll start working on it after releasing Jmix 2.1 in October.

About a demo of ad-hoc integration with a chart library in UI Samples - that’s a good idea, we’ll put it into our to-do list.

Here is an example of using SO Charts Vaadin add-on providing integration with Apache ECharts: https://demo.jmix.io/ui-samples/sample/charts-addon

The full-fledged integration with ECharts will be implemented as a Jmix add-on in Feb 2024 release.
