I would like to understand differences between
- jmix at global.repo.jmix.io
- jmix at nexus.jmix.io
Which one shall I choose ?

There is a slight difference is in the contents:
- global.repo.jmix.io contains all releases and release candidates, i.e. all builds that you may need during application development
- nexus.jmix.io contains the same plus current snapshots
Also, global.repo.jmix.io is deployed on AWS servers in eu-central-1 and us-east-1 regions, while nexus.jmix.io is currently located in Samara, Russia.
So I strongly recommend you using global.repo.jmix.io, which is selected by default.
