CollectionContainer change on create entity

Hi,
Collectioncontainer change event return REFRESH as change type in case of create entity action. It’s normal or it’s a bug ?. Jmix v.1.5.4

I don’t get the REFRESH event when I create a new item.

Please provide a sample where the error can be reproduced and steps how to reproduce the behavior.
