ColumnControlVisibility descriptor settings not working properly when global configuration is applied for table component

Hello,
we have a project with global ColumnControlVisibility settings applied for table component.
When we apply custom configuration to the descriptor the configuration options are visible as they should, but ones the columns are added, they cannot be removed. “Deselect all” option not working as well.
I’m attaching test project where the issue can be reproduced.
