Please provide some details or the reference to the case described if it was reported before.
Do we talk about the following issue: Xml view in jmix studio buggy ?
Some additional logging was added to screen designer initialization process. Could you please enable debug logging in the IDE and send us idea.log file after you face such problems?
To enable debug logging please go to Help → Diagnostic Tools → Debug Log Settings…
Add the following lines:
#com.haulmont.jmixstudio.ui
#com.haulmont.jmixstudio.intellij.ui
And then restart IDE.
