Hi everyone,
After 8 years of building internal applications on CUBA/JMIX, I’m looking for my next challenge. I’m open to CTO, technical co-founder, or senior developer roles, ideally in an SMB where technology directly drives business outcomes.
What I bring:
I’m a fullstack Java developer who also understands business. I’ve spent the last 10+ years in a dual role Lead Java Developer and CMO which means I don’t just write code, I understand why the code matters.
Projects I’ve built solo:
• International transport operations system — end-to-end management of complex transport logistics. Multi-segment route planning, automatic itinerary generation with client communication (email/SMS in 13 languages), driver scheduling, client portal, invoicing with bank reconciliation, Google Maps integration for distance calculation, AI-assisted document processing. Built and maintained solo over 6 years, in active daily production.
• Real estate portfolio management system — complete property management covering the full lifecycle: portfolio hierarchy (complex → building → unit → room → bed), tenant and lease management, automated recurring invoicing with multiple currencies, bank statement import and auto-matching, CRM with lead capture from public website, public real estate catalog with REST API, viewing scheduler with calendar sync. Built solo over 2 years, in production.
• AI-driven publishing platform (pet project) — built alongside full-time work: an AI orchestration backend that handles the complete editorial pipeline. Multi-agent editing system with grammar correction, 5-dimension article quality metrics, NLP pipeline (morphological analysis, NER), RAG with vector search, multi-platform video sourcing, automated publishing to Ghost CMS. Java 17, Spring Boot, LangChain4j, Qdrant. Experimental, but a deep dive into what’s possible when LLMs meet editorial workflows.
I’ve also built smaller domain-specific systems — a warehouse & job tracking platform with embedded reporting, and a medical practice management system with public online booking, DRG calculation, and SMS notifications.
AI & LLM experience:
I’ve been working intensively with LLMs since the first public model releases — well before the ChatGPT hype cycle. What started as local experiments (back when Llama 2 was bleeding edge) has evolved into production multi-agent pipelines: orchestrated agent workflows, RAG with vector search, automated content generation with quality scoring, and agent-based editing tools. I don’t just call APIs — I design systems where multiple agents collaborate on structured tasks with guardrails, tool use, and verifiable outputs.
My development stack:
IntelliJ IDEA as my primary IDE, paired with OpenCode for AI-assisted coding, full CI/CD pipelines, and also OpenClaw for runtime orchestration and automation. I’m comfortable anywhere from Spring Boot internals to prompt engineering to infrastructure, whatever gets the system running reliably.
Beyond code:
• Built a marketing department and its operations from zero: strategy, analytics frameworks, KPI systems, team training
• Founded altky.sk — AI-driven media platform (automated publishing pipelines, LLM integration going back to pre-Llama 2 days)
• Co-founded ENTROPI.space — MRI-safe 3D clinostat for microgravity research
• CTO at Bitguard — Google Workspace implementation and collaboration systems for SMBs
• Google Workspace certified administrator
What I’m looking for:
A role where deep domain understanding and technical execution intersect. I thrive in environments where one person can make a real difference, small to medium teams, internal process tools, automation-heavy domains, or early-stage product development.
