We know the report add on has planned in June which is very important, waiting for the release, though June is a bit late for my project.
On the other hand, Is there any plan when IMAP and Dashboard add-ons are to be released? Is there any work around for FlowUI project?

IMAP and Dashboard doesn’t show a clear deadline in Roadmap…
You can use Java Mail API directly to read IMAP folders.
The plan is to investigate and design a solution for this problem. It won’t necessarily be a replica of the existing Classic UI add-on.
