I see the Quartz installation article, but is there an example how to create a job creation screen, a browse scheduled jobs screen and job history report? If not, can you point me in the right direction of how to create entities that map to Springboot/Quartz’ object(s)?

Right now there is no management UI for quartz jobs.
But as you can see here: https://github.com/Haulmont/jmix-quartz/ there is an active development going on for this it will be ready for 1.2 of Jmix as you can see in the Roadmap item scheduled for the Feb. release: https://github.com/Haulmont/jmix-core/issues/64
So If you can wait a little longer then it’s probably easiest to wait for the add on
