Jmix Roadmap 2021

It’s been a couple of months since we released Jmix version 1.0, and now we are ready to unveil our high-level plans for the future Jmix development.

We found that a convenient way of sharing a roadmap is to present it as a GitHub project with columns corresponding to planned releases. So here it is: Jmix Roadmap.

As you can see, we are going to make feature releases every 4 months, and the next one comes this October. Its feature set is determined and most of the work is already done. For the following releases in 2022 we are less certain of course, but you can see our direction and intended timeframes.

In a few weeks, we will also publish a more formal document on version support strategy.
