I have encountered a problem while activating a new license key.
Jmix Studio says that there is already a subscription associated with this key, and as a result, the Premium features are now blocked for me.
It is possible that this key belonged to an employee who no longer works for the company. The important point is that this key is definitely not being used by any other employee at the moment, so the current subscription associated with it can be removed.
Could you please advise how we can resolve this issue? Who should we contact to fix it?
