Report - problems in html template editing

Hi,
I found some problems in html template editing.

1. The editor is not in HTML mode
   

2. The dialog window does not have the ability to resize.

3. The editor in full screen mode does not modify the template (for example, I deleted the first line in full screen mode).

Thank you for reporting the problem. I created an issue:

HTML template does not update in full screen mode.
