Schema which is drawn on jscomponent always scrolls to the beggining

And one more question maybe connected to jscomponent (or maybe not)
On my form:

schema which is drawn on jscomponent for some reason always scroll to the beggining (in few seconds).
How can I make it not scroll automaticaly?
