Server Connection Lost Concern in application

Jmix 1.5

Most of the times application throws server connection lost when we access any module either it throw server connection lost error on clicking immediately or in 5 to 10 min range, how to debug.
Any specific reason why this happens, because this restrict user to do any work further in the application.

  • Details of user interraction scenarios
  • When did that start to happen? Were there any changes\updates before that?

    We had captured the chrome browser logs nothing were getting printed in the stackTrace Logs of application.

  • Details of user interraction scenarios - There is no single scenario as it happens on workbench and some times on a page where is user is selecting values from the combo box popup occurs.

  • When did that start to happen? Were there any changes\updates before that? - With in 1 minutes or with in 10 min my session timeout is set for 10 min. Frequently every day

Is it basically the same issue - Server connection lost in some seconds?

  • Does it reproduce only on specific environment?
  • Did you try to update Jmix to the latest 1.x?
  • Was there any software\hardware update before this issue start occurring?

  • Did you try to update Jmix to the latest 1.x? - No tried on latest version any fixed handled on the latest version so that it would help us to proceed with the new version.
  • Was there any software\hardware update before this issue start occurring? - No it occurs in between in any modules.
