Subscription not working

Dear support
i am getting this error:

Subscription is expired or banned
We wrote you yesterday and again today without getting support.

As we are paying th monthly plan with 2 licences we were expecting quick support and not delay tha make us lose days we are paying for.

Can you please ansewr to our email and fix the problem?
