Suscription renewal problem

Hi,

My old subscription expired 13th of September. My card was succesfully charged the same day, but I didn’t get any email and invoice. My account page is showing the auto-renew was cancelled and my key is expired.
Please help

I have have the same problem.
My old subscription expired on 1st of December and my key is now expired.
My account page is showing the auto-renew was cancelled.
I have an been sent an invoice (CP-3657) dated 1st December.
My credit card is showing the payment was processed on 3rd December.

Help please.
