View creator wizard not working after upgrading to JMIX v.2.3.1

Dear JMIX Team,

We upgraded our aplication to V2.3.1. After the upgrade, the wizard view is not working as you can see in the images below.

¿Did we do something wrong or this is a problem in this version?

Everthing is fine if we go back to 2.2 version even with the pluggin 2.3.1

Hi,
Can you please attach idea.log file after empty wizard was open? (Help > Show Log in Explorer).
Do you have local maven repository (mavenLocal) in your build.gradle?
If you restart the IntellIJ IDEA, does the problem still remain?

We had a problem in our local maven, when we commented the lines it worked.
