  1. Creat a Theme
  2. add yours icons in <theme-name> directory: should be themes/<theme-name>/icon.png
  3. in messages.properties file add property application.logoImage=icon.png

Sorry, my bad. In <theme-name> directory there is favicon.ico. change it to yours icon with same name.
