Why fetch plan BASE to get KeyValueEntity list?

When I use dataManager.loadValues(transformer.getResult()) the entities coming in keyValueEntity are coming BASE.
How can I make it instanceName?

Requesting a particular fetch plan for entities loaded as properties of a KeyValueEntity is not supported.
