Why I cant open youtrack.jmix.io from any host in Ukraine?

From Finland or Germany ping works as it should and website too.

Hi Serg,

Neither our servers, nor our last mile providers block any requests from Ukraine.
Most probably a backbone provider does it. So unfortunately only VPN can help.

Maybe some load balancing or content delivery network redirects you?
